What is Regulating Irregular Periods?
Irregular periods refer to disturbances in the menstrual cycle, which in turn upset the fertility factor required for conception. In brief, periods that are missed, early or late, are considered signs of an irregular cycle. Menstrual bleeding is considered irregular if the cycle takes place more frequently than every 21 days or lasts longer than 8 days. Hormonal deficiency is touted to be the main cause of irregular periods, which could also influence undesired physiological attributes like Asherman’s syndrome and thin endometrium.
