What is PMS and Conception?
Premenstrual syndrome is a combinatorial condition of emotional disturbances, mood swings, physical and physiological irregularities between the timeline of ovulation and menstrual period. It is believed PMS to have linked with more than 150 symptoms. PMS happens due to hormonal changes in the menstrual timeline. PMS can lead to infertility because of its role in women’s reproductive problems like endometriosis. PMS is usually characterized by altered interactions between the sex hormones and neurotransmitters (brain chemicals). Symptoms usually go away after first 3 days of menstrual bleeding; the conditions also get worsened leading to migraines, Asthma and several other mental health problems leading to depression and anxiety.
